After over a decade in corporate America, I started CMD Consulting because I believe every business, no matter the size, deserves a chance to scale without compromising their values or resources.
My Background
I spent over 10 years in marketing and product development, working at the crossroads of business strategy, customer experience, and technology. In that time, I helped design, build, and launch websites, mobile apps and software products that millions of people use in their daily lives.
There are so many decisions that business owners have to make from how to run their business, managing employees, building their brand, and reaching their audience. From planning to prioritizing, to execution, I help business owners solve the right problems in the right order. It requires deep listening, clear thinking, and the ability to translate big ideas into practical steps.
